One of the 1st things you have to do for your business or your products is to create a sense of consumer awareness, a sense of trust, and the belief in the minds of your customers that you possess the solution to their problems and their needs. In addition, building a relationship with your customer is key. Wouldn’t you prefer to do business with someone you feel has your best interest in mind when they sell you a product or provide a service for you?  What results from good customer relationships is the word of mouth advantage. If a customer has a good experience with your business, they will tell everyone they know.

As an example, when you’re looking for a good accountant, or attorney, wouldn’t you prefer to use someone who has been recommended to you by a friend whose opinion you respect? How about finding a great restaurant? I don’t know about you, but I’d sooner try a restaurant recommended by an acquaintance or friend, before I experiment with one that simply ran an ad in a local publication. It’s all about building relationships. A great PR person knows how to recognize your strong points and get  the media’s attention, and in turn alert the public . When you read in editorial in a magazine, blog, hear a reporter on TV, or find an article in a newspaper about an interesting business, the business featured simply seems more credible. Why?  The answer is because the editorial is written by someone other than the business owner from an unbiased point of view.  It’s simply more credible. The public knows that a business or business owner’s sole  purpose for placing an ad is to attract the attention of the public.  However, the ad offers no guarantee of how good the service or product will be. Consider how different your perception would be about that same company, if a friend told  you“ the service and products are fabulous”. We all know that advertising helps, but word-of-mouth recognition is worth its weight in gold. Hopefully you have not. However, there are millions of people who have literally crossed over to the other side, only to find themselves back in their own body living to tell others about the experience and how it changed their life.

 One  strange thing about those who have experienced this rare and unusual phenomena,  is that they all describe the experience in a similar and recognizable format. The near-death experience seems to unite those who have lived to tell about it.

The near-death experience differs from an outer body experience. I personally have lived through an out of body episode during a devastating bout of polio and meningitis as a child. I rarely speak about it  because I am so grateful to be alive some 50 years later.

I have been fortunate as the host of the Never Say Impossible Internet Radio Show to interview a diverse array of personalities. One such exciting person is Dan Rhema.

Dan suffered a deadly bout of Dengue Fever while working in Mexico, which almost destroyed his body and brain.  Dan lived to tell of his bout with death and speaks openly and freely about the ordeal that changed his life forever.  When Dan came back, he was no longer the “old” Dan he or his family recognized. A real pro

It has long been recognized that active involvement in the arts offers a wide range of benefits both to the participant as well as to the recipient. As an artist with a disability, I know from personal experience that self-creativity on any level naturally leads to an improvement in emotional health, self-esteem. Artistic expression enhances the development of positive social skills and other important communication abilities. After a crippling bout of polio, I found creative expression through the visual arts, contributed to my physical and psychological healing. However, I never tried acting even though it mesmerized me.

Like many others, I have always been dazzled by the theater and the stage. I have watched actors create magic with their words, transfix audiences and evoke standing ovations. Secretly, I have envisioned myself on that stage in the spotlight. I have asked my-self, how do they do it? Are actors born with the passion to perform or is it learned through years of study?

Recently, I have had the opportunity to interview Palm Beach County’s, Bob Carter, and founder of the Actor’s Repertory Workshop on my talk show, Never Say Impossible. The interview will air on April 5th, at 8:00 PM on http://www.inspringfriends.net/wq4d.fm.

Bob Spoke openly and candidly about his life in the theater and the 30-year history of the Actor’s Workshop and Repertory Co. I’ve never considered myself a religious person, however I have a true sense of spirituality. One might question what that means. Actually spirituality is not something easily defined.

If you were to research the amount of data available to us defining the word spirituality you would find thousands of entries defining the word. Spirituality obviously stems from the word “spirit”. This is where the questions begin. One thing is clear, when the word is used  to refer to the living; it is almost always used to describe something that is invisible within a human being, such as the soul, and the opposite of material matter. It is also clear that it means different things to different people. What does it mean to you? I would love to know.

We all face challenges in our life which create fear within our hearts. Recognizing the power which exists within ourselves is the key to creating more prosperity, loving relationships, world peace, and happiness throughout life.

Most of us are aware that our bodies have an energy field which helps keep us in balance and full of energy. Independence is a fundamental human need. The second a child begins to crawl they more than likely will want to crawl away from constraints of their parents.
